2.6lb loss this week, yeah!! That brings my total loss to 20.6 lbs.
And as an added bonus I found my wedding dress last night. It fits beautifully. Got a Marilyn Monroe thing going on, perfect for a Vegas wedding!!
I have set my next goal for 25 pounds. I am really looking forward to the weather changing I am going to buy a bike to take to the train, ride it the 3.1 miles to work(uphill) and then back again in the afternoon. That would give me a +6 miles ride more if I ride the 1.5 miles to the train from home. I'll start out with 2 days a week and work my way up from there.
Well that's the plan thus far.
I have really been sick and have not been up to working out. We leave Monday morning for Vegas. I have everything planned to a T. Its going to be so fun! A perfect little wedding and added bonus no wedding cake Yea!!!
