HuMp DaY


Not Having A Good Week.
I feel so Ugh right now. I hurt my foot on Sunday night. I swear if its not one thing its another! This is truly a journey. Truly. I dropped a jar (full jar) of pickles on my foot. OMG it hurt so bad my middle toe on my right foot is purple and today a purple bruise on top of my foot came shining through. Damn I swear, Well it looks like 10%wont happen this week either. That's what the picture of the Thunderbird is about, my dream car. I have not tracked this week I am thinking about going to the gym even though it's late. I am watching The Biggest Loser Special Edition. When its over I am going to the gym I have not worked out since Friday and I feel like shit! I guess my body has adapted to a work out routine. I started carpooling with someone this week so my 3 mile walk to the train is gone and I have not went to the gym. I have to jump start myself tonight, once again. I think my foot will be OK its sore but I can still do something!!

Well I did it I went to the gym just got back, I got really hungry though. so i just warmed up some cabbage and carrots with a little bit of brown rice. 0 points except maybe 1 point for the 1/4 cup of rice.
Excercise today: walked 3 miles a little work on weight machines.

Water Can Suck!!!


Well just as I was afraid of, even though I have had a great week as far as points and excercise were concerned. I am back to 170.2 up a couple oz!!!! Damn I know its just Water Weight but it still just sucks so bad!I showed Pat my tracker all filled out. 2 things she said; 1> don't eat my activty points this coming week & 2> I may be drinking to much water!!!! OMG I dont think so though, maybe a couple days I did but, Well Its over move on keep focused stay an track it has to show up as a loss soon.
My Goal for the next 3 weeks(Valentines Day) is 6 lbs.

T.G.I.F.


24 days till Valentines Day!!
Well it is finally Friday. I left work early and I noticed when I got home I started eating and looking in the fridge over and over again. So I stopped went in my room changed my clothes and went to the gym. I weigh in tommorow and I know I did really well with my points this week excercise was great best week yet, I do however feel like I am retaining water I can feel it in my face. So whatever happens tommorow next saturday will give me an even greater loss.Wish Me Luck.


Excercise today: Walked/jogged on treadmill 3 miles
1st workout with weights...already feeling sore:-]

My Legs Are Killing Me!

On Tuesday I decided to jog 2 miles of my 3 mile walk. It felt good and wasn't that hard to do. On Wednesday I left work a few minutes late and was worried about making my train, so I jogged again, ow. Today I was so sore! This time I was going to leave early so I could take my time... didnt happen, I coudn't jog it hurt to much, but I had to a little bit and the rest I had to walk really really fast, ow, ow, ow. Points are good today and tommorow is the last day of my tracker! I shall see if all my pain will at least get me my 10% this Sat.

My First Post

OK Well Hello my name is Jena (pronounced gina). I'd like to first say I'm an avid blog reader. I have bookmarked many blogs that I visit almost everyday. I sometimes leave comments but under "anonymous" . Well now I have decided to let others get to know me to. I am on my first ever weight loss journey.Well, that's not entirely true I lost over 50 lbs once before almost ten years ago. I was 24 "Diet" of choice pen-Fen. So that I do not consider a journey! Now that I am on a true journey I know the difference. Now I am going through a true change of lifestyle, then I just popped some pills and forgot about eating. I am a Weight Watcher now, 16 weeks and counting! I have lost 16.7 lbs to date. My ultimate goal is somewhere between 115lbs to 125lbs(I am 4 feet 10 1/2 in. tall) but I haven't really thought that far ahead, well try not too. I am going to do as my WW Leader Pat says and take a risk, Ok deep breath... I weigh 169.8 lbs so I am as I said on a journey, but this time I am not hoping I make it to the end, I know I will! I joined the gym and walk 3 miles a day from my job to the train station. I am going to follow the lead of Candee( someone's blog I frequent, who has lost an incredible 32+ lbs) and write a journal. So Hello and I'll write again tomorrow.
