
24 days till Valentines Day!!
Well it is finally Friday. I left work early and I noticed when I got home I started eating and looking in the fridge over and over again. So I stopped went in my room changed my clothes and went to the gym. I weigh in tommorow and I know I did really well with my points this week excercise was great best week yet, I do however feel like I am retaining water I can feel it in my face. So whatever happens tommorow next saturday will give me an even greater loss.Wish Me Luck.
Excercise today: Walked/jogged on treadmill 3 miles
1st workout with weights...already feeling sore:-]
