On Tuesday I decided to jog 2 miles of my 3 mile walk. It felt good and wasn't that hard to do. On Wednesday I left work a few minutes late and was worried about making my train, so I jogged again, ow. Today I was so sore! This time I was going to leave early so I could take my time... didnt happen, I coudn't jog it hurt to much, but I had to a little bit and the rest I had to walk really really fast, ow, ow, ow. Points are good today and tommorow is the last day of my tracker! I shall see if all my pain will at least get me my 10% this Sat.
26 days till Valentines Day Here comes the bride... don't mind her limp, her legs are probably sore ;) ~Jena
