
Well just as I was afraid of, even though I have had a great week as far as points and excercise were concerned. I am back to 170.2 up a couple oz!!!! Damn I know its just Water Weight but it still just sucks so bad!I showed Pat my tracker all filled out. 2 things she said; 1> don't eat my activty points this coming week & 2> I may be drinking to much water!!!! OMG I dont think so though, maybe a couple days I did but, Well Its over move on keep focused stay an track it has to show up as a loss soon.
My Goal for the next 3 weeks(Valentines Day) is 6 lbs.
Excercise Today:
Me Brian Chantelle Jordan Vanessa and all the dogs walked to Subway (i jogged part of it:))
